Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Each Chrome Club item ships with information about activating your limited warranty. Warranty claims are separate from returns—see “Warranty & replacements” below.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund:

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original packaging, accessories, and inserts must be included (e.g., knife block, blade guards, pads/feet for cutting boards and mats).

A receipt or proof of purchase (order ID) is required.
Items returned without prior authorization or outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
How to start a return

Email karin@chromeclub.shop with your order ID, reason for return, and photos if there’s damage/defect.

If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions, including the return address.

Ship the item back using the provided label. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
If purchased via Amazon or TikTok Shop, please start the return through that platform’s returns center and follow their instructions; platform policies may apply in addition to ours.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalized items

Gift cards

Items marked final sale
For safety and compliance, we also cannot accept returns that contain hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases (not applicable to most Chrome Club products).

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Warranty & replacements
Each product includes information on how to activate your limited warranty. Warranty claims (e.g., manufacturing defects after the return window) are handled under the warranty terms and may result in repair or replacement rather than a refund. Please follow the activation instructions included with your shipment, or contact karin@chromeclub.shop for help.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition and packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. As required by EU law, we will refund the product price and the standard shipping cost (if applicable).
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
